Sodden edge of sea’s

The photographs were taken in Helsinki on January 7th and 8th.

We got 10 cm of wet snow today. Near the coast in Helsinki almost all of the snow melted away, but a few kilometers north most of it still remains. For tomorrow there is colder weather in the forecast, and a bit more snow.

Just wanted to let you know Juha that I very much like these four photos. Real nice.

Thank you, Cedric. These were taken without any deeper reflection, just to see what would happen. The bokeh on the latter two photographs was a welcome surprise, fitting the subject of wet snow.
