When the night climbs slow

Today was the first day in a while to have time for a long walk, about 1 1/2 hours. It felt good.

And somehow, despite all the hurry and attention getting all too fragmented, this was a day in which there were occasional moments of happiness, being engaged in doing something worthwhile, such as trying to write about a difficult subject, learning about it, approaching it from multiple directions, trying to shape fresh thoughts into being.

Great shots! Thanks Juha: it is an almost daily appoinment with your photos and I like this sort of "diary" of your beautiful country.
It is true, that hurry and the multiple small daily tasks distract you from more important things.

@Francesco: Thanks! It has been a pleasure to have snow as a subject for photographs.

And it is really good to be able once in a while to have some time to one thing only.
