We went today just before sunset to Myllyjärvi lake in Espoo, to look at the autumn scenery there. It was cold and windy, but luckily we had no rain.
Water has such a calming influence, inviting you into a meditative state. And the children had fun playing with water.
Yesterday was a day of software updates: Mac OS X 10.7.2, Aperture 3.2, iPhoto 9.2. It took a long time to download all the updates to the iMac at home, but everything went well.
Aperture seems to have changed a little bit, but there was no mention of the "rogue files" problem being cured. Better avoid merging projects in any case. As often, the machine seems faster after an update, especially Aperture, but that probably changes when all the family members log onto the iMac.
