There was a news item today that we have in Helsinki more snow than ever in recorded history, that is since 1958. (In Finnish here.) Today is Finnish independence day, that is why this was noteworthy. Here are some snowy photographs taken today.

There seems to be yet another abreviation for the new 'mirrorless DSLRs', namely compact system cameras (CSC). Maybe this takes hold? And maybe I'll try a CSC some day. Anyway, I can now write that some of my colleagues at CSC have CSCs.
