Today I had a short walk outside with the children. It is starting to look like spring, the first buds are opening in trees. But signs of the winter are still with us, it is not completely over yet.
Also, I went to a car wash to get the dirt off.
These three images contain a photo story of today, and this was about it. I guess I'm still tired after all that driving during the last few days.

Well, you got us beat there. The length of our day is 12:57. Sunrise 06:51, sunset 19:48. But. our daytime highs are now about 24 degrees C. We are well into spring. My but you do have long days up there in the northern latitudes. We are at about 32 degrees, 47 minutes north latitude, so we don't have the giant swings in daylight hours.
You have it warm already! Here we are at 5°C level during daytime, barely enough for the plants to get green. But the long daylight will slowly get spring started, and then things will happen fast.
Thanks to photography, I have started to pay more attention to what is happening in nature. It won't be long until the first leaves appear in trees, the buds are bursting to open.
