Riding and skiing

Today was another sunny day. We went to the Luukki park for practicing going down the hill in a sled. The temperature was slightly above 0 °C, so it wasn't the fastest possible ride, but the children enjoyed this nevertheless. We also went for a ride in a horse sleigh, this was quite exciting for the children.

Later this afternoon I did some cross-country skiing. We have quite a lot of snow still left, and the weather was fine for skiing. In the shadows the temperature was below freezing, and there it was really nice for skiing.

I took quite a few photographs today, but not many succeeded. The sunshine made capturing the landscape challenging. Also, I took a lot of photographs during the sleigh ride, but only a couple were any good.
