It happened as I predicted. Although I tried taking photos of the fireworks, I didn't manage to catch them properly. This is the only photo I decided to save, at least it has some interesting features.
But in any case - Happy New Year 2009!

Love the people in the corner and how the trees rhyme with the explosion.
I selected the place because of the trees, they are a nice subject, but then there were relatively little good fireworks fired at this spot.
