Today I went for a walk with the children, who played together, and I had some time to use the camera. About half of the photos were of the children, the rest mainly small playground details or views on the way.
Even though autumn is quite advanced, some surprises like late flowers are here and there. I took several photos of this flowerbud shown here, first with manual focusing and then with automatic with selected focus region. This photo done with automatic was the best of the bunch.
It is indeed a nice feature of the LX3 that you can go for extreme closeups or do large landscapes without changing the lens. A very versatile tool.
