International Federation of Wildlife Photography (IFWP) has a lot of top prize-winners from Finland in the IFWP Photographer of the Year 2008 competition, including six first places. Also the overall winner came from Finland: Esa Nieminen, with the photo "Fightning, Squirrel".
A hint for those who didn't manage to win a prize this year: travel to Finland.
